We strongly believe that doula care is for everyone and our basic package is our way to ensure this. This package is perfect for those who want to experience all the benefits of having a birth doula and are working with a budget OR those experienced birthers who only want support during their labor. **Please note that sliding scale is available on a case-case basis.

How soon should I book your services?
You can book our services as soon as you’d like! The sooner, the better! (Especially if you’re interested in any of the packages that include the Body Ready Method ®️ sessions as this will allow your body to better prepare)
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are always an option AND sliding scale is available on a case by case basis to ensure accessibility.
What are the benefits of having a doula?
Working with a birth doula has been proved to provide benefits to the birthing person and the family as a whole. A trained birth doula is there to make the experience smoother on everyone, working with your partner and everyone else in the room as a team. Evidence shows that having a doula can:
- 25% decrease in the risk of Cesarean
- 8% increase in the likelihood of a spontaneous vaginal birth
- 10% decrease in use of medication for pain relief
- Shorter labor
- 31% decrease in the risk of being dissatisfied with the birth experience.

How much do your services cost?
We offer a variety of packages to ensure accessibility, please refer to our packages page to see the different options.
I have MassHealth, can I book your services?
YES! MassHealth now covers up to 8 hours of perinatal support (prenatal and postpartum visits) AND your birth. As a MassHealth approved doula, you can definitely book our services! **Subject to MassHealth coverage limitations – Reviewed on a case by case basis**
Do you accept other insurance payments?
We are currently only approved to accept MassHealth and Carrot.
Do you also do postpartum work?
Only for families who are already working with me throughout their pregnancy and birth.
How far do you travel or where do you attend births?
We are located in Deerfield, MA. We attend births within a 45-50 minute distance from our location.
